In this course you will learn the latest complexity of issues arising under the ADA and ADAAA by reviewing the eight Enforcement Guidances issued by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) which provide interpretations on key ADA issues including pre-employment inquiries and medical examinations, workers' compensation benefits, psychiatric conditions, the meaning of the term "qualified," and the requirement that employers provide reasonable accommodations. Understand how federal disability laws interact, and sometimes conflict, with state disability laws and how to lawfully comply with all the laws without violating any of them.
